These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ftsjaipur.org, the website of Friends of Tribals Society, Jaipur Chapter (“FTS Jaipur”). By accessing or using this website, you agree to these terms.

National donation and online giving terms of Friends of Tribals Society are published at ftsindia.com/terms-conditions. Where you donate through the national site, those terms apply to that donation.

Membership applications

Submitting the membership form does not automatically create membership. Applications are reviewed by the chapter as per FTS norms. You agree to provide accurate information. Fees and categories shown on the site (for example Couple / Individual annual fees) may be updated by the chapter; the amount confirmed by the chapter at the time of acceptance will apply.

Donations and tax benefits

If you make a donation to Friends of Tribals Society (national FTS), you are donating to FTS. Donations to FTS may be eligible for tax benefits under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act only in India, as allowed by law. Donations to FTS are not tax deductible outside India unless applicable foreign rules say otherwise.

As reflected on the national site: Ekal Vidyalaya programmes are run with low overhead and community support. Minimum online donation amounts, PAN of FTS, and Indian citizen / foreign national donation routes are governed by FTS India. Foreign nationals may have restrictions on online donation channels as stated by FTS India.

FTS will not use donor information for commercial purposes. It is used to communicate about Ekal activities. Anonymous giving will be respected where requested through the donation process.

Accuracy of information

We aim to keep website information current. Leadership lists, event details, fees, and programme figures may change. If something appears incorrect, please contact the chapter desk. We are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of website content without confirming with the chapter.

Intellectual property

Text, branding, and materials on this site belong to Friends of Tribals Society / FTS Jaipur or are used with permission, unless otherwise noted. You may not copy or reuse content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
